Install the plugin
Upload the zip under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and activate it. A starter flow is created for you.

Build your flow
Open Support Funnel > Flow Builder and change the questions and answers to suit your site.

Go live
The chat widget appears on every page automatically. Add your logo and colours under Support Funnel > Settings.
