What you can ask for
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

Send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.

Delete your data (we may need to keep some records the law requires, such as purchase records for tax).

Stop using your data where we rely on your consent.
How it works

Choose what you would like us to do and enter your email address. If you have bought a licence from us, use the email address you bought it with, so we can find your records.

We email you a link. Click it within 7 days to confirm the request is yours. This stops anyone else making a request in your name.

We reply by email within one month of your confirmation. If we need more time or more information, we will tell you why.
